HomeAway detected offline bookings because we do match Bookings/Enquiries/Emails sent via HomeAway site with bookings in IPM softwares within 1 month.

Offline bookings are invoiced consistently with online bookings on the 2nd day each month (i.e. invoice against stays completed during the period of the previous month).  The commission rate for an offline booking will be equal to the effective commission rate for the bookable dates of that property at the time of enquiry.
