Property addresses are automatically released to travellers 30 days prior to check-in. To see the property address, travellers are required to create HomeAway traveller accounts and can only access the property address by logging into their HomeAway account on the website and/or mobile app.

This allows ample time for travellers to finalise travel plans, eases any doubts on exact locations, and decreases the chances of cancellation. Additionally, owners and managers will have more time on their hands since back and forth communication on address release will decrease.
