HomeAway Payments is a payment transaction method that provides owners and property managers with a more secure way to receive payments from travellers. HomeAway Payments allows both subscription and pay-per-booking listings to receive online bookings and send payment requests to travellers directly from the HomeAway dashboard.   

Travellers are able to make immediate and secure payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards or eChecks (eChecks available for U.S. residents only). Travellers who pay through HomeAway Payments have their payment guaranteed against internet fraud. As owners, signing up for this secure method is another form of trust and confidence that can be established with travelers. In some situations, travellers can pay in EUR, USD, GBP or CAD. Your funds can be disbursed in your local currency or in USD, EUR, GBP depending on your bank account location and the payout method you choose.

HomeAway Payments can be used in a vast majority of countries with the exception of bank accounts or billing addresses in countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Affairs Controls (OFAC).  In some cases, you may be asked to provide your social security number, passport number or verify your tax information.
