You can view your upcoming transaction details within your account to see which reservations are being charged a commission. This allows you to check the details in advance before the commission payment is made. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for bookings to appear on this list.

To view pending transactions
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click My account
  3. Click Pending transactions
Check In/Check Out - These dates are the travellers stay dates.

Booking date - This is the date in which the booking was confirmed.

Reservation ID - This is the ID assigned to the reservation by your integration software.

Booking type - This will show whether the booking was submitted through the HomeAway booking system or if it was manually set up in your software's booking system.

Booked property name - This will show the name assigned to the property the traveller booked.

Guest email - This is the email address of the traveller who submitted the booking.

Commission rate - This is the commission percentage that HomeAway will charge for the confirmed booking. Commission rates may vary per booking.

Commission amount - This is the commission amount that will be charged for the booking. 

Reservation amount - This is the rental amount upon which the commission amount is based on.

Service fee - This indicates whether the traveller paid the HomeAway traveller service fee or not.

Booking channel/Source - This is the website the traveller used to submit their booking.

HomeAway ID - This is the ID that is assigned to the property by HomeAway.

External ID - This is the ID that is assigned to the property by your integration software.
