View enquiries / conversations
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have multiple properties, click on the one you want to view.
  3. Click on the Inbox icon in the left navigation menu
  4. The All Messages drop-down menu allows you to filter your conversations.
By default, the last message will show. To view the full conversation, click Show all.

Reply to enquiries
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have multiple properties, click on the one you want to view.
  3. Click on the Inbox icon in the left navigation menu
  4. Click on the appropriate enquiry message to open up the enquiry.
  5. You will have three options to choose from:
    1. Reply and pre-approve - Use this when you're ready to send a payment request and allow your traveller to pay.
    2. Reply with quote* - Use this to send traveller payment information. If a traveller decides to book, it will come through as a request and you'll have 24 hours to accept or decline.
    3. Reply with text only - Use this to have a back and forth conversation with your guest. Once you're ready to book, use the reply and pre-approve option.
  6. Select the template you wish to use from the Select a template drop down menu, or complete the text portion of the message.
  7. Review and or edit your message, quote or payment request as needed.
  8. Click the paperclip icon if you wish to send an attachment.
  9. Click  Reply & pre-approve, Reply with quote, or Reply (please note, this is dependent on the option initially  chosen).

*The Reply with quote option is only available if you have a subscription.
