How do I migrate my existing data for local suggestions, messages, etc. and import it into the Mobile Hospitality Manager?

  1. In the GladOwner portal, go to the My Rental section.
  2. Click the Rental Info tab for the property you have in GladOwner.
  3. Click Export Content.
  4. Click Export Now. This will save a file on your computer in the location you choose.  Select a location easy to access; you will need this file in later steps.
  5. In the Mobile Hospitality Manager, go to Settings.
  6. Click Import Content.
  7. In the Import Content section, click Import Content next to the applicable rental.
  8. Select the file that GladOwner provided.
  9. Click Upload.
  10. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Please note, this export / import process does not migrate your reservations.

How do I link Glad To Have You calendar with HomeAway calendar?

Exporting calendar data:
  1. If you have more than one listing, click on the one you want to edit.
  2. Click Calendar.
  3. Click the Import/Export arrows icon.
  4. Select Export Calendar.
  5. Copy the URL.
  6. Go to your Google Calendar.
  7. Click the down-arrow next to Other calendars.
  8. Select Add by URL from the menu.
  9. Enter the URL.
  10. Click Add Calendar.
