How do I add or edit my details in Hospitality Manager in the owner app?
Hospitality Manager is a feature within the HomeAway Owner app that allows you to create a custom house manual of essentials, rules and amenities. There are a variety of options you can choose - including directions to the property, check-in/check-out details, Wi-Fi instructions, and more. This feature is currently only available on the Android platform, but will be coming soon for iOS.
- Access the HomeAway Owner app
- Click the Listings icon
- Choose the property you wish to update
- Scroll to the Hospitality section
- Click Welcome Guide
- Click Let's get started
- Click Add item
- Click on the item name to select the item you wish to add
- Input relevant details
- Choose the timeline for when the guest receives the information
- Repeat as needed to add additional items
