Hospitality Manager is a feature within the HomeAway Owner app that allows you to create a custom house manual of essentials, rules and amenities. There are a variety of options you can choose - including directions to the property, check-in/check-out details, Wi-Fi instructions, and more. This feature is currently only available on the Android platform, but will be coming soon for iOS.
  1. Access the HomeAway Owner app
  2. Click the Listings icon
  3. Choose the property you wish to update
  4. Scroll to the Hospitality section
  5. Click Welcome Guide
  6. Click Let's get started
  7. Click Add item
  8. Click on the item name to select the item you wish to add
  9. Input relevant details
  10. Choose the timeline for when the guest receives the information
  11. Repeat as needed to add additional items
