How do I receive text alerts (SMS) when a traveller submits an enquiry?

Setting up text alerts
  1. Login to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, click the one you want to edit.
  3. Click Edit property & Rates.
  4. Click the Contact tab.
  5. Scroll down to SMS alerts to your mobile phone
  6. Enter your full phone number excluding country code and leading zero (do not use brackets)
  7. Click Save.
  8. You will then be sent a four digit verification code to your mobile phone.
  9. Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number.
Owners who respond within the first three hours of receiving an inquiry are two and a half times more likely to get the booking than owners who wait 24 hours or more. Receiving your enquiries via text message (SMS) is one way to be notified of a rental enquiry and respond quickly.
